PAG to buy Pegasus Aircraft, Expand Operations
4/27/2007
Atlanta-based Precision Aviation Group (PAG), has agreed in
principal to acquire Pegasus Aircraft Components in Richmond, British
Columbia.
The purchase of the company will allow PAG to
upgrade services to its customers in the expanding Canadian market
operating Bell, Sikorsky, Eurocopter and MDHS/Hughes Rotary Wing
aircraft. The new company will be known as Precision Accessories and
Instruments Canada (PAI Canada) and will work in conjunction with
Precision Heliparts Canada, (PHP Canada). The two Canadian operations
will compliment the Atlanta facilities at 495 Lake Mirror Road near
Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
“The acquisition of Pegasus demonstrates our
commitment to our Canadian customers,” said David Mast, PAG President.
“Our goal is to continue to provide the best value in both helicopter
and turboprop fixed-wing parts sales and service. Our business practices
distinguish us in providing technical expertise, exceptional customer
Service, and in maintaining large inventory to support our customers.”
